Report Bugs and Earn Rewards with HollaEx®

HollaEx® has launched a bug bounty program that offers you the chance to earn up to 50,000 XHT. Submit your bug reports at HollaEx Bug Bounty Program.

Submission Guidelines

• Detailed Report: Provide a thorough description of the issue, including steps to reproduce, potential impact, and suggested mitigation.
• Proof of Concept: Include proof of concept code or screenshots where applicable.
• Confidentiality: Do not disclose the issue publicly until it has been resolved.
• Submission Portal: Submit your reports through the dedicated bug bounty portal here.

Bug Report Form Required Fields

Ensure all required fields are filled out:

1. Email contact information
2. Type of bug
3. Bug severity level
4. Bug description (⚠️ IMPORTANT: Detailed description)
5. Attachment (⚠️ IMPORTANT: Screenshot, video, etc.)

Types of Bugs

Categorize your bug by selecting one of the following:

• Functional bugs: Issues affecting the core functionality of the platform.
• Performance issues: Slow loading times, crashes.
• Usability issues: UI/UX problems.
• Security vulnerabilities: SQL Injection, authentication bypass.

Accurate categorization of your report will help avoid delays in acceptance.

Detailed Bug Reporting

Providing a detailed report of the bug with attachments will clearly illustrate the problem. Use Shift ⇧ + Enter ↵ for multi-line descriptions and attach files up to 10MB. This increases the chance of your bug report being successfully submitted and eligible for a bounty.

Exclusions

• Outdated browsers or platforms
• Social engineering attacks
• Physical attacks
• Issues already known or previously reported
• Spamming or low-quality reports

Evaluation Process

• Verification: The HollaEx® security team will verify and assess the reported issue.
• Acknowledgement: If valid and not previously submitted, a HollaEx® team member will contact you.
• Resolution: Valid issues will be addressed.
• Reward: Upon resolution, you will be notified and receive your HollaEx Token (XHT) reward (To the discretion of the HollaEx® team).

Terms and Conditions

• You must be the first to report the issue to be eligible for a reward.
• The issue must be reproducible and affect the current version of HollaEx®.
• Rewards are determined based on severity and impact at the discretion of the HollaEx® team.
• By participating, you agree to comply with the program's rules and HollaEx®'s terms of service.

HollaEx Token (XHT) Rewards

Rewards are based on the severity and impact of the reported issue. The final amount is at the discretion of the HollaEx® team. After detailing the bug, the bounty program form will ask for your XHT address, which is optional and can be provided later. If eligible for a bounty reward, a HollaEx® representative will request your XHT address again. You can obtain an XHT address by signing up at pro.hollaex.com.
